My husband and I have been using the app and subscribed to the Coffee Club for over a year now. We love BRCC and the variety they offer. The loyalty program is awesome and love getting $5 off (500 points) our order every 2 months, as long as I remember to go in and apply it. The app is so easy to use. It can be slow at times but that's probably my connection.

This app (and their website) are unusable. I love the company and want to support them, but the basic interfaces don't work and make it very frustrating to do so. Pages always load with errors, missing elements, etc. Sometimes I cannot scroll through the entire page, but I can scroll half of it away laterally, leaving me with a white screen of nothingness. I can no longer find the affiliate discount list available to me as a club member. The basic shopping experience is clunky and disorganized.

Been a coffee club member for a while and LOVE the coffee. Would really like to spend my $ on your products, but just like almost all the other app reviews, it keeps crashing when i try to checkout. The website is constantly removing my entire cart, the app remembers. Please get the app fixed. Love your products, if you want me to buy them, make them accessable.
